2. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Delivery across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Any applicable COD charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak sale periods, public holidays, festivals, weather disruptions, or due to courier partner delays.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at the time of placing the order.

7. Delivery Inspection

At the time of delivery, we recommend checking the outer packaging carefully.

If the package appears tampered with, torn, damaged, or opened, you may refuse delivery and mention the issue to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

This helps us investigate the issue and support you more effectively.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order.

Since orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests made after this time may not be accepted, especially if the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled.
